To further safeguard your investment, Citygate has engaged a Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulated solicitor to act as a trustee in place of the head lease. This means that even if something unforeseen were to happen to Citygate or its directors, you would still receive your monthly payments until the end of the 36-month contract.
